Gain Mutual Understandings
Through Collaboration

During the Collaborative law process, both parties will have to attempt to working together respectfully, honestly, and in honesty to undertake to look out for the simplest solution for either side. An agreement is arrived at by all members of the team at the start of the case that they're going to not move to court and are committed to resolving the case outside of Court.

If the Collaborative process breaks down, both lawyers are needed to withdraw, and so, the parties will both be required to search out new counsel. This commitment to the method, and result if the method fails, gives both parties the chance to reaching a successful resolution.
