Parent Relocation: Good Faith versus Bad Faith Moves

Parents choose to relocate with their children for many different reasons. This is supposedly a smooth process if no divorce happened. Relocation becomes a serious undertaking when kids are involved and the other parent won’t allow it. In this case, the custodial parent or the parent who wants to take the child will have to get the courts approval of the relocation. Your intention to relocate may be considered as good faith or bad faith move.
