Parent Relocation: How to Win

Almost always, in child custody cases, both parents focus on the pressing issues and sometimes forget that the most important area of consideration is always the child’s well-being. The court prioritizes that child’s best interest than all the other issues both parties throw at each other. To make sure the decision is in your favor, you must prove to the court that you are representing your child’s best interest.

The court may approve the relocation but modifications in the agreement may be required. The other parent’s presence in the child’s life should not be taken for granted.
